I love my pain in the rump.
UGH MEN! What a challenge it is some times living with a significant other. Sometimes it feels like a battle to make things feel equal. What the woman of the 1920's would say about this! Even with our disagreements, Tires is the flat for me! Even when we want nothing but to yell at each other, we end up saying silly things like what he said to me tonight. (It still makes me laugh out loud). Tires says "I'm going to the market place and I'll probably see a film you want to see." "Good" I say, " I really wanted to see that new twilight film!" I'm glad our snarky sarcasm can come through in even in our arguements. I find it extremely important to find some one you can tell anything too. It might be even more important that they are slightly more even tempered then you (I run a little uneven), or someone who can take constructive criticism and process it. Gosh, it's been a long week!!

Nutters at the Beach
When Ms. Nutters isn't letterboxing, or raising hell, she likes to hit the beach. I think these are some of the best photos we've taken of her in a while.

Plum Jam
With the abundance of fruit trees in california, we occasionally luck out at the office and get the extras from our co-workers trees. Plum season has been very good this year and I lucked out with a few pounds. I've been toying with the jam idea since seeing several classes listed in our area. Unfortunatly I tried to sign up too late. :( Never worry, I ended up giving my first try at it myself and I think it turned out lovely. I made 1 total expiremental batch, mixed in some Chianti Wine. Otherwise it reminded me of cranberry jelly and I suggested we bring it with us up to Adam's parents for Thanksgiving/Glutton's Day Sandmiches.
6 Jars of Vanilla Plum Jam, not too shabby. |

I love the paper I got for this card. I had the idea of what I wanted, but it took me a while to find the paper. I'm glad I held out. |
Wenchy Wendy : Pin up 8
Not fond of the name, but the card was still nice. I liked the small addition of the jewel in the hilt of the dagger. |
